Privacy notice

Who is responsible
The owner of CableWake.com is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. Privacy enquiries can be submitted through the CableWake enquiry form.
Information submitted through forms
When you submit an acquisition enquiry, park correction or operator request, CableWake receives the information you enter, such as your name, email address, organisation, optional phone number, buyer profile, source URL and message. It is used to evaluate and respond to your request, maintain the directory or discuss a potential commercial relationship. Processing is based on your consent and, where applicable, CableWake’s legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries and maintaining its directory.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process standard server logs, including IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL, for security and reliable operation. The form handlers use a short-lived, secure session cookie for rate limiting. CableWake does not use advertising or analytics cookies in this release.
Local device data
Saved parks and comparison selections are stored in your browser’s local storage. They remain on your device and are not transmitted to CableWake through those features.
Recipients and service providers
Hostinger provides website hosting and email delivery infrastructure. Form messages are delivered to a Gmail inbox operated by Google. These providers may process data under their own contractual and security safeguards. Information may also be shared with professional advisers where necessary for a genuine transaction, or when required by law. CableWake does not sell form-submission data.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, assess the opportunity, maintain an appropriate business record and meet applicable legal obligations. Messages that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are normally reviewed for deletion within 24 months.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
